I had a great experience at Wallingford Auto Park from start to finish. Starting with the first reply from my internet request - to my initial appointment with Joe Scott - and my final appointment with Gina Stone for financing... they were awesome. Joe was friendly and answered all of my questions promptly. I was able to get a great deal and feel comfortable with my purchase. Gina explained all of my options to me, and tried different ways to get my payments to where I wanted them to be. I recommend Wallingford Auto Park - at least walk in and take a look. I don't think you will be disappointed.
My wife and I have been very pleased with our experience at Wallingford Auto Park. Our salesperson, Varese LaRue, was very accommodating in trying to match us up with the right car. We were originally looking for a SUV type vehicle, but once my wife spotted the champagne colored BMW, I knew we were done. Varese did everything he could in order to get us that car in the price range that we were comfortable with. We even met with the service manager to discuss maintenance of the BMW. As other reviewers have stated, working with their finance department was very easy and straight-forward. Never once did I feel like I was being rushed, pressured, or taken advantage of - which is saying a lot for a car dealership, let alone a used car dealership. We were quite impressed by their selection of vehicles and their pricing was extremely competitive. We've had our BMW for almost 5 months now and could not be happier. I would highly recommend Wallingford Auto Park, if you are in the market for a "new" used car.
I went to this dealership as a first time buyer and i was very impressed. They were on top of everything. Paperwork did not take long at all. Everyone there was accommodating and overall it was a great experience with a friendly environment. I am very pleased with the way they heard everything i said and they were not just about the sale. This dealership has a lot of potential and i would highly recommend looking through their inventory and speaking with a salesman. I love my car.
