After these experiences, I've only gone to Hoffman in East Hartford and they've repaired everything that Audi of Wallingford wouldn't.
A big thank you to Audi of Wallingford for our first luxury car purchase. They were extremely professional and understanding. Starting with Ed the internet salesman to the general manager, Stephen, for allowing us to negotiate a great price, and last but not least Alberto for making sure we were completely happy with our purchase. He took care of any issues we had and we couldn't be happier with the sales and management department.
No service was done even though it was promised that the turbo would be replaced due to a rattling noise (common defect on the 09-12 A4).
Last time I went there the service department forgot they had my car for three weeks.
