Gary was nice and engaged me. Told me a bit about the car I was looking at, the history, etc. However, he then passed me off to the manager for a test drive (Gary had a delivery of some kind come in...). This is where my main problem began. Jeff was very rude to me. I wanted to drive two models to feel the difference in performance and decide which was right for me. Jeff didn't engage in conversation, didn't discuss the car with me, and had an elitist attitude, as if taking me for a test ride was beneath him (even after I mentioned how I'd participated in several Porsche Driving Experience events). After driving one of the two cars I wanted to test drive he told me we would have to put my test drive on hold, walked off, and engaged with other people. After waiting for about 10 minutes with no engagement from anyone I left.
I've owned many cars from BMW M, Corvettes, Mercedes, Jaguars and no dealership has offered such an amazing buying experience like Porsche of Wallingford. Even their manager was amazing and didn't hide behind any ivory tower. He litterly allowed me to walk in with my son and test drive a 718 alone w my 16 year old without question or making me feel uncomfortable.
A total class act facility and highly and I mean HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutely horrible customer service and a disgrace to the premium brand Porsche is supposed to have. I'm very disappointed and highly suggest anyone looking at making a purchase goes to another dealer that actually cares about you and will give you the time a day.
