Excellent service! I was coming home from work and wasnt going to make it to where i normally go for emissions, so i stopped here. It was close to closing time and they took me right in and was done within 10 mins. The woman behind the register was very nice also, she has good ppl skills!

The technicians are very knowledgeable and communicate clearly. They did not put pressure on me to have suggested services performed on the car. Some services seemed a bit high priced but the quality and overall experience were always satisfactory.

They always offer great service, there staff is friendly and go's out of there way to really make sure your comfortable and knowledgeable on any repairs or simple maintenance you may need. They go over the process and parts needed so your not left wondering if the repairs/parts were necessary or just an up sale. When I leave Nelson's I feel confident that the work is done right and I'm not being over charged. I own a small business in town, Nelson's not only takes care of my personal vehicles but also my work trucks and on more than one occasion has squeezed me in for last minute repairs to make sure we where back on the road quickly.
