Chris and his Staff are great. Honest people... you don't find that to often these days
Cannot say enough good things about Chris and his crew. I bought my very first car from him when I was in college. And today he saved me from a ridiculous quote from a dealership. He fixed my problem for about 10% of what they quoted. And same day too! I couldn't believe it! The crew there is great - so kind, patient and honest. Now I live in Middletown, but I will continue to drive to Wallingford to have Cerritos take care of my care. They're the only ones I can trust.
I left my car there for some general maintence. Was told it’ll take about two hours. Left it there at 10:30 and around 2 I decide to call. No answer. At 2:30 I call again, and no answer. The place closes at 4 so I decide to head over. I get there at 3 and the place is locked up. My car is sitting right where I left it, unlocked, with the keys in the ignition! Not only was I never contacted, my car could have been stolen. Worst service I’ve ever received.
I usually do my own work so I haven't had a mechanic picked out that I trust. After reading the reviews for Cerrito's I figured I would give them a shot. My 2012 Honda Pilot was acting up and after looking online I found there were too many possibilities for me to mess with myself. When I called for an appointment they were busy but said if I drop it off they would try to sneak it in. A few hours later they called me and let me know I was all set! Fast friendly service and very fair price. I will definitely be back and would recommend them in a heart beat.
I bought my 2000 Chevy Blazer from Chris back in 2008 right after I graduated high school. Nearly a decade later, it's still running strong thanks to him and his crew. Chris has always treated me like a part of his family. His prices are fair, doesn't use cheap parts, and gets the job done quickly. He'll personally sit down with you and go over your options, which is something not many garages do nowadays. I never bring my truck anywhere else. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Cerritos for any repairs.
