I actually didn't expect that I'd end up buying a Kia. I had a long list of test drives, but the minute I sat in my Kia Sportage, I knew I'd be taking it home. The entire team at Executive was friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in the door. I worked with Chin, who wasn't a stereotypical car salesman. He didn't pressure me into making my decision and just laid out all of the numbers for me and talked about my options. The day of pickup, Chin sat in the car with me and walked me through all of the functions, so I'd be well-equipped to drive off the lot and feel comfortable. I purchased from out-of-state, and Executive Kia took care of all of the tricky paperwork to get me my new plates. Once I signed the lease, Chin made sure to check in to make sure all was going well and that everything went smoothly with my out-of-state plates. Very professional and down-to-earth staff members and they even service my brakes on my Mercedes. They were clean and efficiently and my car did not have a spot on it after the service.

I stopped by to test drive an Optima to get a feel for it before I decided to get one just to make sure I liked it. My salesperson was Jorge and he was very friendly and introduced himself on a professional manner. He took the time to explain everything to me, whether it was about the Optima itself, what was covered under the CPO, and all the information through the financing process. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me that way I got a good understanding of what he was explaining to me. It was a great experience dealing with Jorge and I hope whoever stops by here gets the same customer service I received when I went there whether they have Jorge or anyone else from the sales team.
Huge shout out to Katie Rice! She listened to my needs and was more than willing to show me a few cars. She made my car buying experience a breeze and went above and beyond for me. From start to finish the process was effortless on my end. Marcus and Lewis also did a fine job. Lewis did all of the paperwork with me and went over everything in detail making me feel very at ease. All the while training a new associate, it never slowed him down. Marcus was super nice, chatted with me about football, was very engaged in our conversation and made me feel at home even though I was dealing with Katie. Katie even took money out of her own pocket to fill my tank because the gas card was with another sales associate and she didn't want me to wait! Shows the character of the people who work there. I cannot thank the staff at Executive Kia enough for the outstanding job they all did. Top notch!
