If you need your rack stuff, order it a month before you need it. Their 3-4 day shipping estimate is total BS.

Terrible customer service. No communication. Took forever to ship. I think the only reason they shipped my order was because I asked for a status, otherwise I would still be waiting.
I had a Yakima roof rack on previous car and needed new "towers" to use existing cross bars on new car. Proline ordered what I needed and even did the installation for me (without extra charge). Very friendly, helpful and competent staff. I will buy there again!
Horrible company! Dont ever buy from them! They sent a shipping confirmation saying that my item would be ship in three days then when my item didnt came i called them and they said that its in back order. Been waiting already for a week and still waiting for it. Beware!!!
