Lady at Pandora counter annoyed that I asked to see beads--which are hidden under necklaces and ring display. Poorly displayed and the clerk's irritation to ask to see the trays???? inexcusable. I left without looking = you lost a sale.
Awful customer service. The girl was on her cell phone the entire time. Never once said hello when I walked in, just ignored that there was a customer in the store. Waited at the register while she finished her phone call, came over to the register and didn't say anything, no eye contact. Pushed my bag across the counter with a monotone "have a good night", still no eye contact. Overall just incredibly rude.
