I was worried when I realized that I had run over something and it was still in my tire. I called and they got me right in, they were able to patch the hole and had me on my way in less than an hour. They charged me a very reasonable rate, so that too put a smile on my face. This happened to me about 3 years ago and Sears took over two hours and they charged triple the rate. I will definitely return the next time I need service.
