Friendly staff, staff puts forth effort to ensure that customers receive excellent service. Hotel is clean and updated, I appreciated their having hot coffee available in the lobby all day long, convenient to 691.
Definitely a comfortable hotel to stay at. The family and I usually stay here when visiting family. We always enjoy being able to come down and have breakfast in the morning.
Came up with my husband for his business. Upon check in, I did notice that the room could have used a little more attention from housekeeping but it was just little things.Easily fixed! However the staff was so nice the ENTIRE STAY! We were always greeted with a smile and asked if we needed anything at all. The lady that worked the breakfast area was so nice and tried so hard to be helpful and went out of her way to take care of all of our guys that came up. And believe me, keeping enough breakfast to feed 40 men without notice was a job! SHE WAS FANTASTIC!! Thank you staff of Fairfield for making our stay great!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quick and convenient. Certainly a great deal for the price compared to others at the same price!
Great Staff, so friendly. Good room with a few tweaks could be better. Mostly in the shower area. Looks like they updated as it's new and has a nice door on it but there is no where to put the shampoo and such. Bed was fine. The Addition of a permanent night light in the bathroom would have saved us from being kept awake by one of the brighter lights in the entry area.
