Have been buying from them for years..Glad we still have a family owned appliance and furniture store here. So many chain stores hurt these small businesses. Glad to support them!
Christine was lovely to deal with. The owner, Peter Foucault, is a terrible businessman and doesn't understand how to deal with customers - VERY rude. I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from this store. They had the nerve to send me a bill for $90 for a 5 minute service call (in-town, literally less than a mile from the store) that could've been handled over the phone. I was never informed that I would be charged for a service call. It turns out a step was missing in the instruction manual to reset the ice maker. Apparently this is a known issue with Bosch refrigerators, which the service guy stated when he arrived. Buyers beware.

I was viciously and violently, without provocation, attacked on the phone by Chrissy for a simple question concerning repair. They also make scheduling errors for repairs and then blame the customer. Nightmare customer service. Repairs not done properly or never done at all.. I have found every appliance I have bought from them to be defective. One star rating only because this site requires a star. Foucaults is a zero.
Very helpful and knowledgeable very good on there service when needed not like the box stores family own for many years better products then in the box stores
