I just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience at the Staples in Wallingford specifically with their tech department. The man working there, Caleb, was the only worker. He was juggling the phones, customers, and communicating with the rest of the employees. While the store was clearly understaffed Caleb made it a point to keep calm and help us all with our issues one be one. He was extremely polite to me and made the extra effort to search for my receipt so I could find my warranty information even though it is a tedious task. Caleb made my day today and he and the rest of the extremely helpful easy tech staff are the reason I continue to buy electronics from the Wallingford Staples.
Print and copy folks have been helpful in a pinch. However its clear they get more work than they are staffed for. They have to deal with a lot of dumb questions including people like me and a lot of jerks. Props for not hating every person who walks in.
I spent like 12 and change for colored lined paper. I have a disability they cant freakin put holes in paper for me without a 1cent charge per paper. I guess you are just hard up to make every dollar it would have been like no more than 3 for all 6 pads. It not like there was a line and i know there might be things they are doing but love how they help disabled people. Not shopping there again
Average Staples, exactly what you expect. Workers were helpful but nothing special. I went to span just a few items and it was a more involved process than necessary but still relatively easy
Good selection, friendly staff. Checkout and getting help from staff was lengthy during a recent visit. Seemed to be understaffed.
