I can not recommend this store, they are deceiving. They only tell you what they need to make the sale. Wanted to trade phone in but they said I couldn't because the battery was dead. They charged it for 3 min, then told me that I would have to pay full price. What they left out was they are a 3rd party store and can't take trade in's so it was just a game.
Staff there is helpful ,the store is usually not crowded,it's much better than trying to do it over the phone with customer service in India.
Came into the store and the staff was very friendly and helpful ... Best customer service ive had in a while.
Staff was initially very nice and friendly I had purchased several items and they offer to put a new screen cover I had purchased on my phone. I accepted and handed the worker my phone. What I didn't realize is that staff had no experience removing a phone from a case with an external battery pack. I had walked away for less then 30 seconds and she had removed my phone and broken the charging plug for my case. It was in no way intentional but it still happened. Then she said there was nothing she could do about it. No apology no I'm sorry just "Well you could have put the cover on yourself" I was appalled she was blaming me for breaking her breaking my case. Another worker stated "Well how do we know it wasn't broken before you got here." The girl knew she broke the case she didn't say anything and hoped I wouldn't notice. She was suppose to be the expert. I returned the items i had purchased immediately. This Sprint store knows nothing about customer service and staff is poorly trained. What an awful experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I recently switched 5 lines of service over from Verizon. I was dreading it cause I thought it was going to be a long drawn out process. The staff at the Wallingford location made it painless! They were all great and helpful. Everything was explained to me, my bill was exactly as quoted, and they put on my cases and screen protectors for us! I highly recommend this location. I will continue to do business with the people at the Wallingford Sprint location.
