When I arrived at the office I explained that there was one certain procedure that the insurance would not cover and I asked it not be performed, they did it anyway without me knowing until I received the bill. When I explained this to Joyce on the phone she said there was nothing she could do.
Dr. Redmond is a nice doctor. However, I went for a routine eye exam which was incorrectly billed to my insurance as a medical visit and therefore denied. I have been trying to work with the staff to fix it and turns out after they dropped the ball and let the time on the claim expire, they want me to pay for it our of pocket. I will not be returning to his practice.
They were excellent getting my husband an appointment which was an emergency. Follow ups were easy as well. Great doctor and staff.
