Excellent surgeon
THE BEST DOCTOR AND EXCELLENT HUMAN BEEN...
I called and made the appointment a couple months out as they were booked fully for that long. I went to them for a simple checkup as a new client on a Monday. I had to take PTO for this as they only have specific times available for new clients. I went half an hour early (as soon as they opened) and filled out all the paperwork. They told me they needed some information faxed over from my insurance. I spent some time on the phone with my insurance to get them to fax what the office needed over. When I was done I was told that it was now past my appointment and we would have to reschedule. The only appointment available was Friday afternoon that week at 1pm, or January 18th, more than 2 months later. Obviously I said I would make Friday work. The next day they gave me a call and said that a surgery had come up and they would have to cancel my Friday appointment. Now the only other appointment option was January 18th or after. I was not going to wait another two months after waiting a couple months initially and wasting my PTO time. This office will not accommodate you if you are new and will throw you to the side uncaring.
