2nd time renting from the NColony location. i received the car with only 1/2 tank of gas (which i found unsatisfactory for a professional car rental company). upon returning the car the same night, i refueled at a gas station down the street (1/4 mile away) and the tank was exactly at 1/2 tank, and they charged me $7.50 for gas saying that the needle was directly below half.... this was NOT true since i refueled it exactly at 1/2 tank. and how is it worth $7.50 if the needle is directly below. the guy had nothing to say while i explained... WILL NO LONGER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!
Make sure you check everything is okay with vehicle yourself, as well as if the automatic key has battery before heading out. My key died, and left me out in cold for 30 mins. Needless to say, will not be using Enterprise again
Great customer service when my car was hit and needed one immediately. Jon, the manager gave me a nice vehicle with insurance paying the full cost of the rental.
Car broke down had to cut my trip short. first issue I ever had. manager took care of this. Thank you for your understanding
