My salon overbooked and I went to Elite Creations. The stylist I got was adorable, and did wonders with my hair. Months later I called to book my next appointment, and the they told me some funny story. Basically he was gone. They talked me into an appointment with someone else, and I didn't like with the job that she did. When it was time to pay I explained to the front desk that I wasn't happy and she seemed genuinely disturbed. She called the owner over who proceeded to tell me how wonderful it looked. I disagreed, and it became a point of tension. I felt uncomfortable paying the increased amount for a job poorly done. She said payment was due, but she offered to fix it in a couple weeks. Not going back...
Take my son here and great service, attention to detail and employees are very courtious. Own greet and meet is very nice and salon first impression is neat and clean.
