I truly cannot say enough about my experience with custom travel! My husband and I planned our honeymoon in August 2017 through custom travel. We worked with both the owner, Veronica, and her daughter, Brianna, while planning our honeymoon. The last thing you want to do while planning your wedding is to plan anything else, which is why custom travel was the perfect choice for us. They worked with in our budget and gave us our perfect honey moon to St. Lucia. We stayed for 9 nights; 5 at Sandals Grande and 4 at Sugar Beach Resort. Custom Travel took care of everything, booking our rooms, getting any deals they could, booking our flights and even booking our car transfer between resorts. Sandals was the perfect way to kick off our honeymoon. There were places to relax and find quietness, and there was a daily pool party (mainly filled with other honeymooners) if you're looking for something a little more lively! It was just the right mix of fun and relaxation. I had told Veronica my ideal honeymoon and she recommended Sugar beach for the second half of our trip. The resort is unlike anywhere I have ever stayed. The grounds and rooms are impeccable. The private beach is something you would see in a catalogue. Veronica knew just what I was looking for! Somehow they were even able to upgrade us to an ocean view room! My husband and I will forever look back on this trip with nothing but the best memories all thanks to Custom Travel! Needless to say, I highly recommend using this travel agency to plan any of your upcoming trips!
I booked a family group vacation through custom travel and my experience with Veronica and her team was phenomenal. Not only was she thorough and well versed on the strengths and weakness of the resorts in the area, she seemed to care about everyone's individual travel experience as well. It is those intangibles that make a family owned operation like Custom Travel my first choice in booking a vacation. With all of the "expedias", "kayaks" and "orbitz" of the world, I was hesitant in handing over the keys to a travel agency -- boy was I wrong!
