Unprofessional and unresponsive. Called for an estimate for drain work on a bathroom remodel. Was called back in a timely manner, Mike the plumber came out quickly and provided a very detailed estimated based on what we discussed. After deciding to use Wallingford Plumbing and Heating, they ignored my calls. I was able to text the woman who answers the phone and was told after two calls in one week to schedule the job, that Mike would be calling me that evening to schedule. That call never came. I tried once more (3 strikes, you're out) with the same result, nothing. If they had not wanted the job (???), I would have been fine with that. To string me along and waste my time, I am trying to get a project done, is inexcusable.
