I was insured through this agecny for 3+ years and never once was contacted to review my Homeowners, Flood or Auto policies. A simple, easy task was neglected to be met by this agent in making sure my homeowners dec page and invoice were sent to my Mortgage Company at its 3rd renewal. This resulted in cancellation of my coverage - leaving my home uninsured. When I reached out to the agency, there was no concern or sense of responsiblity on their end. To make matters worse they were rude and incompetent. In addition, my Flood insurance increased by almost $600 for the year due to a general increase in coverage that I did not need. This impacted my mortgage payment drastically - again, no contact from the agent to review this. I think Allstate is a great company and it is unfortunate they have an agency like this one representing them. If you are insured through this agency, be prepared to do all the work they should be doing for you.
