Friendly and helpful staff.. but if you are going to advertise a sale dear Lowes, have at least one of the items in stock.
I was helped this evening by a guy that was so cool, so patient, and even added a little Broadway pizzazz to helping me find a lampshade with a "ta-da!"
Prices and availability of products are much better than the competition. Always stocked neatly and in order and easy to find items, and if you have trouble all of the associates are friendly and helpful! I always choose Lowes before other stores.
Been to several Lowes prior, however my visit to the Wallingford Lowe's was the best I was helped by a gentleman named Allen in the electrical department who made my visit that much easier way to go Allen and keep up the good work
Worst service ever. I ordered a washing machine, promised that it will be here by 10 am, and still have yet to receive it. They stated that the driver was not answering the phone and will not be here till the next day. On top of that, im not the only customer that has not received there order! Never use Lowes, they use a third party and worse customer service I ever experienced
