Very nice place and the service is always top-notch. I've been going to Donna for years and she's wonderful. Checking in is a breeze.
I recently started going to the salon and really liked it. I had an appointment scheduled for six weeks for a color and cut. On the afternoon just two hours before my appointment they called me to cancel the appointment. The reason being that the woman before me had long hair and it would run into my appointment. Now thats very professional. Not a very dependable salon.
I've been using this salon for many years now and have been very satisfied until this year. The owner, citing credit card fees, refuses to accept tips on a credit card. This is a service industry, you don't inconvenience the customer. I've complained a number of times, but the owner doesn't care.
