Hard to find clothing and dressing rooms filled with clothing others have tried on.
Just want to say khols has the best customer service always friendly super nice always ready to help employees and the store manager is wonderful too . Extremely pleased with their team work but their customer service is EXCELLENT!
I usually have a great experience shopping here throughout the year. Clothing is usually displayed neatly until customers inevitably mess it up, but the overall store is clean and organzied. Staffing is low, but it's not too much of an issue unless you get behind someone who swears their coupon is still valid and takes forever. I am glad they fired a few cashiers/associates -had one tell me how much she hated her job and boss while rolling my dress shirts in a bag. The last shopping trip a few weeks ago, the cashier was very personable and seemed engaged.
I have been to Kohl's in Wallingford and my cashier the past 3 times have been Lynne. Extremely helpful and always so pleasant. Great staff at Wallingford store especially Lynne.
I shopped on Christmas Eve and was very happy with the cleanliness of the store and they efficiency of the checkout lines.
Prices are not bad, but try navigating their selection of casual, dress and sport clothing - a nightmare!!! No rhyme or reason to how things are displayed
